EDTEC 544 Prototype Content Map & Objectives 2 1.Given the Iphone application, a tide pool visitor will be able to identify (point to and name) six common types of tide pool animals with 100% accuracy. (Fact) 2.Given the Iphone application the tide pool visitor will be able to describe at least three ways of protecting the tide pool environment with 100% accuracy. (Concept) 3.By the end of their visit to the tide pool, the tide pool visitor will be to name their favorite tide pool animal, and state at least three facts about it 100% accuracy. (Fact, this also has to do with instilling value.) 4.Given the Iphone application, the tide pool visitor will be able to list at least three facts about the daily life of a tide pool animal without any errors. (Fact) 5.Given the Iphone application, the tide pool visitor will name at least one type of food that each of the tide pool animals eat. (Fact) 6.Given the Iphone application, the tide pool visitor will be able to describe defense mechanisms for at least three animals with 100% accuracy. (Concept) 7.By the end of their visit to the tide pool, the tide pool visitor will have demonstrated at least one thing to do to protect each of the six tide pool animals. (Principle) 8.Given the Iphone application, the tide pool visitor will be able to recall (say) at least three unique attributes that any tide pool animal has. (Fact)
