Welcome to the 13 th Annual TSA Conference, 2016 The Reznor Product from a Light-Commercial Perspective

Bob Bartley Technical Services Manager John Pas Product Manager

Technical Services Support TEAM Curt Jacobsen – Mercer, PA. Jason Godart – Mercer, PA. Warren Irvine – Memphis, TN

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Unit Heaters Engineered, researched and development of technically advanced range of unit heaters Easy to install and maintain Multiple fuel sources

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Air Handlers Air Handlers for replacement air, space heating & ventilation applications. Warehouses and Distribution Provides space heat and ventilation Building pressurization Combine with Reznor cooling coils and condensers

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Duct Furnaces Reznor gas fired heating coils are designed for inclusion in air handling units to provide a high efficiency gas fired heating section. They may also be used for replacing steam and hot water coils in existing units and plenum systems to enable changeover from central boiler plant to decentralized gas fired systems. Ideal heating module for installation in ductwork systems for HVAC installations Duct Furnaces for space heating applications. Warehouses & Distribution Centers Install in ductwork of Restaurant Kitchens supplying replacement air for exhaust hoods Combine with a Blower Cabinet for a Custom solution

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Direct Fired Direct Fired systems are very efficient and safe for space heating applications Provide MUA to factories for pressurization Restaurant kitchens replacement air for exhaust hoods Not recommended for schools or high occupancy areas due to the normal aldehyde smells that result from natural gas combustion.

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Gas Radiant High Intensity Applications High Bay applications for spot heating Low Intensity Applications Store Entrances Assembly lines and Loading docks Airplane Hangers Outdoor restaurant and patio heating Can be direct vented or installed with flue

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Air Curtains The Reznor AB air curtains for industry sized doors provide a barrier of air that blocks incoming wind and stops warm air escaping, without hindering traffic. They are available for door widths from 2 to 6,7 m (6 to 22 feet) and heights up to 6 m (20 feet). AB air curtains are heated by natural gas or propane, electrically, with hot water or steam*. *Electric and steam heating not available on North America units. The Reznor AB design provides a laminar, large volume air flow at a critical velocity and at an ideal temperature, so that the evenly distributed air flow across the full width of the door ensures effective tempering of incoming air.

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Unit Ventilation and Recovery ZQYRA – Hybrid IAQ Ventilator Total Energy Recovery Design with Enthalpy Wheel Modulating Heat Pump technology and enthalpy wheel combination to condition fresh air by capturing energy from the exhaust air stream

Reznor – Product Update On-Site Green Energy Environmentally responsible Eliminate or reduce heating costs with "free" fuel Outstanding return on investment Conserve valuable energy Reznor – Green Energy Heating – Waste Oil

Reznor – Product Update 1,000-9,000 CFM Forward Curve blowers Power Exhaust R410A Refrigerant Modulated Scroll compressor Reznor – High Outside Air – MUA and High OSA Systems Makeup Air (MUA) usually refers to applications with exhaust air. The MUA system conditions and replaces the air that is exhausted so that the building doesn't suffer from negative indoor air pressure. Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) are normally applied to buildings to supply ventilation for comfort of the occupants (schools, churches, retail, medical offices, etc.).

Reznor – Product Update Electric heating provides efficient space heating, and convection solutions. Reznor – Electric Heat Areas with no existing Gas service Providing space heating for Factories with explosion hazards Stairwells and Hallways Entrance vestibule heating

Reznor – Product Update With Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) commercial products, you can combine a single variable-capacity outdoor unit with multiple indoor units for independent temperature control in different rooms or zones. It’s the perfect intersection of energy efficiency and temperature control for large buildings. Reznor – VRF – Split Systems V5 VRF Systems Large commercial applications Combine multiple outdoor units for greater capacity Up to 3280 ft. total piping length Up to 80 indoor connections Ducted units Ceiling cassettes

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Commercial Split Systems and Controls PreevA unit Air Handlers Indoor / Outdoor applications Carel Controller Factory Programmed with MUA sequence

Reznor – Product Update Reznor – Commercial Package – High Outside Air Systems and Controls Outdoor applications MAPS unit Air Handlers YD unit Air Handlers Carel Controller Factory Programmed with MUA sequence

Light Commercial Product Update Mammoth – Gas fired Unit Heaters Model APD Engineered, researched and development of technically advanced range of unit heaters Easy to install and maintain Multiple fuel sources Gas-Fired Unit Heaters Easy to install and maintain Available in 13 different sizes between 30,000 to 400,000 BTUHs Power vented systems offer higher fuel efficiency Many utility companies offer rebates for high-efficiency unit heaters

Light Commercial Product Update Mammoth – Gas powered, Infrared Unit Heaters High Intensity - Models RIHL,RIHN,RIHVL and RIHVN Low Intensity – Models VCS, VCT, VPS and VCT Gas-Powered, Infrared Fired Unit Heaters High-Intensity Infrared Requires no venting Ideal for high-ceiling installations Low-Intensity, Tubular Infrared Range in size from 20 to 80 feet For use in many environments, including: car washes, garages, warehouses and more* Can be adapted for any venting needs – horizontal, vertical or unvented

Light Commercial Product Update Mammoth – VRF Mammoth Variable-Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems let you heat and cool spaces simultaneously while using the least amount of energy possible. The result is optimal comfort with minimal energy bills. Our systems are easy to spec, easy to install and network, and easy to maintain.

Light Commercial Product Update Mammoth – Air Curtains Mammoth Light Commercial gas air curtains are designed with careful attention to detail using innovative heating technology. These units are designed for use in warehouses, factories and retail facilities to provide a heat barrier and supplemental heating during the winter, and keep dust and insects away in the summer. Fits door widths from 6-20 feet Two speed fan motor Resists outside cold with 6-inch wide airstream Minimizes airflow resistance with an adjustable aluminum airfoil profile.
