Energy Savers  Automatic Tube Brush Cleaning System for Chillers  Clean Condenser Water tubes yield 15 % energy savings versus fouled tubes  Manual seasonal tube brushing is the standard operating procedure for most chillers. However in as little as two weeks time, tubes return to "dirty“ state and their increased pressure drops and inefficiencies return to end of the season conditions. These values will be verified in chiller logs.

Reversing valve also applied to Plate Heat Exchangers – reverse of flow dis-lodges dirt buildup

Energy Savers  FILTRATION  Dirt in your cooling system acts as an insulator – creating inefficient heat transfer – requiring more energy for your system to operate effectively.  How can we remove dirt particles?????  Hydro-Cyclone Particle Separator - removes particles - 40 microns and larger from your flow stream.  Sand filtration removes particles down to 5 microns.  Bag filters – removes particles down to 1 micron. Continual attention by maintenance staff required.

Energy Savers  FREE COOLING  Adding a plate & frame heat exchanger, two (2) 3-way motor-operated valves, and a control panel - between your cooling tower and chiller – eliminates 2000 to 3000 hours of chiller operation annually.  System pay-back in as little as one season.

Energy Savers  STOP Wasting Money with closed-circuit coolers.  Replace an evaporative cooler with an open cooling tower, plate & frame heat exchanger, and circulating pump.  Initial cost savings of equipment – 25 to 30%  Energy savings of 45 to 50% annually  Fiberglass cooling tower with PHE/pump system offers additional life expectancies over 2X that of an evaporative cooler.

7 reason to choose a PHE / Cooling Tower system:
