Project Example US Army Corps of Engineers: 2013 – Original Permit Notification (NWP 27-Aquatic Habitat Rest.) 2015 – Construction Plans Coordination (USFWS Coordination) 2015 – Material Change (USFWS Coordination) Texas Historical Commission: 2013 – Original Permit Notification 2015 – Construction Plans Coordination 2015 – Confirmation that material change has no impact Texas Parks and Wildlife Department: Original Permit for Old Channel Rest. Expires in March 2016 New Permit Application was submitted early 2016 Texas Commission on Environmental Quality: Temporary Diversion Permit Required for dewatering area around construction
