 Found mostly in tropics.  Mexico, Central South America, west coast of Central America, southern Africa, India, southeast Asia, and northern Australia

 Average temperature: over 20°C  Rainfall: 50cm-300cm annually

 Precipitation- rainfall is seasonal, falling mostly from May to November. Rainfall is usually 50cm-300cm (varies)  Temperature- May to November is considered wet season, while the rest of the year is relatively dry. Temperature is usually over 20°C.  Soil- during the dry season trees shed leaves to bring nutrients back to the soil due to the lack of water.

 Indio Desnuda tree  Acacias  Bristle Cone Pines

 Giraffes  Magpie-Jay (bird)  Crested Guan (bird)  Ctenosaur (lizard)  Roadside Hawk  Blue-Crowned Motmot (bird)  White Rhino  Monkeys  Coati  Agouti  Blindsnake  Inca Doves  Squirrel Cuckoo

 Tropical Seasonal Forest- has densely growing trees that loose their leaves in the dry season  Tropical Seasonal Savanna- grassland with trees in groups or by themselves dotting the landscape
