TYPES OF LICENSES Just by posting an author grants a limited license to use work All creative common license allows to copy, distributes, and make some use of their work

Fair use Fair use- allows a person the amount of information a person may copy and display Many argue that “FAIR USE” IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND DEFINE. To many ask themselves: How much is “FAIR USE?”.

Infringement Each individual is responsible for its own action and what they copy from online. Infringement penalties are very high. The article said weather the persons does it knowingly or not the person is still responsible for the action.
