Fun Skills Overview dribbleShootLaddersAgilityPassHurdlesSpeedGk roll Start/Rest Zone Team 1 Team 2

Fun Skills ‘set up’ 4 minutes each station - 2 minute rotation Dribble – 1 girl runs with the ball, through the cones and then straight back to the start, high 5 to start the next girl. (1 cone every 2 yards) Shoot – 1 girl takes a shot at goal the more in the corner the more points are scored. Middle = 1, Corner = 2. (no GK, shooting distance 5 yards for Year 1/2, 8 yards year 3/4). Ladders – 1 girl runs through the Ladders (one foot in each square) around the cone at the other side and back to the start, High 5 to start the next girl. Agility – 1 girl picks up the cone and turns it over inside the hoop then side steps to the next cone and repeats process until at the end of the drill, Running back to high 5 at the start which allows the next girl to go. Pass – split the girls up into 2 groups, 1 group/line behind each of the 2 cones. Proceed to pass the ball across the gap, after every pass the passer must follow her pass to the back of the opposite line. (cones 5 yards apart yr 1/2, 10 yards apart yr 3/4). Hurdles – 1 girl jumps over all the hurdles, possibly acting out a imaginary header for each, run around the cone at the end and back to the start, High 5 to start the next girl. GK Roll – Same as the passing skill drill only the girls will pick up the ball and under arm roll the ball instead of passing with feet (cones 5 yards apart yr 1/2, 10 yards apart yr 3/4). Speed – 1 girl runs as fast as possible around the opposite cone and back again, High 5 to start the next girl (cones 10 yards apart). Small Sided Matches
