What is GOLD? ● GOLD targets members who have recently entered the workforce ● Programs are geared to highlight needs typical to this affinity group ● Assist young members in their transition between academic and professional life ● Increase retention of recent graduates and their participation in IEEE

IEEE GOLD Committee Responsibilities Offer and promote programs of interest to recent graduates Assist the development of volunteer leaders among GOLD members Promote their representation in appropriate IEEE organizational units
