L1 I Took a Trip to Hualien Dialogue: Emma went to Hualien on her summer vacation. Her family and she went to the ocean park and her brother fed the sea lions. They also went to some interesting shows. It was fun! Richard went to an insect museum in Nantou and saw many beautiful butterflies. He also went to a hot spring.

Reading: Last Sunday, the Chen family went to Hualien. They took a boat trip and they saw a lot of fish, and even whales and dolphins. The dolphins were cute, and they made funny noises. Mr. and Mrs. Chen took many pictures. Everyone had a good time.
