El Coto de Caza The farm has an area of 450 hectares with approximately 12.5 Km perimeter. Access to the property is completely paved road to the entrance and within the farm all roads are paved to the main house, gate house, warehouse and outbuildings.. There are excellent views from the property overlooking the city of Granada, the plain, the entire metropolitan area and the Sierra Nevada in the background.

The main house is built at an elevation of 1,000 meters and 800 meters from the entrance gate to the finca. It is illuminated and has an automatic entry gate and video entry operated from the house.
