Embedded Librarians (Liaison Model)  Three Librarians: - Work with instructor to tailor instruction to an assignment - Create specialized how to guides for assignments (History, English, Political Science) - Designate a certain librarian as the contact resource for particular areas (one for Arts/Education, one for Business, one for Health & Science)

Embedded Administrators in Department  Program Coordinators/Chairs: - Teach - Scheduling & Workloads - interaction with faculty, students, advisors - First year student orientation  Dean & Associate Dean: - *Teach – at least one course in the academic year - Develop & promote a team culture within the division and college - Monitor academic performance in the Division and identify and address relevant trends - Lead in the development of new programs - Provide leadership in program reviews and make decisions related to programs and courses - Sets the executive direction in the development and implementation of recruitment/retention strategies
