Why Photo Story 3? It’s free and open source! You can integrate images and/or PowerPoint slides It’s fairly intuitive and doesn’t require a large investment of time to learn. It will do 90% of what most people need. It is a simple drag-and-drop program Could be popular, updated frequently, and should be used by teachers in all grade levels.
