Many people in business lead stressful and busy lives with limited opportunities for real relaxation. We can make use of weekend or holiday opportunities to relax in some of the most magnificent scenery, staying in places where we won't feel rushed or pushed. Relaxation breaks have some free-chosen activities on sale, but also allow plenty of time for reading, eating, conversation and just chilling out. In the course of a weekend we could spend a couple of hours watching deer, take a gentle row on the lake, watch the Eagles or Falcons, try a short climbing or take a short hike into one of mountains, and let our mind wander magical scenery and rushing water. Besides, we can also provide refreshed team spirit and a strong, shared experience, improve our interdepartmental cooperation and problem solving and decision making; build confidence and leadership abilities, etc.

It was 10 years ago that I went to my mother country. During Winter Holidays I went to country with my family (father, mother, grandfather, grandmother) to spend our Spring Festival there. We had stayed there for a long time. During these days I enjoyed myself. One day uncle drive us to a place which named Cixi. Then he stopped the car at the feet of a mountain which is not famous just like Taishan, Emeishan. After that, we began to climb. It is a tall mountain. After not a long time both of us felt very tired because we had not done a lot of exercise. On the mountain I saw some flowers, fruit trees and so on. When we arrived at the top of the mountain, I felt much cooler. The air is much fresher than it in the cities. At the top of the mountain it is a satisfaction to look down over things within sight which produces in a feeling of fear or excitement. From then on, mountaineering becomes my favorite.

1. When did the writer return his hometown? 2. According to the text, what could people get from mountaineering? 3. Did they feel tried? Why and why not? 4. Why did the writer become to love climbing? It was ten years ago that the writer returned his hometown. People could get relaxation as well as many other abilities. Yes, they felt tried because they seldom went to do exercise. Because after seeing the sights on the top of the mountain, he got another feeling of satisfaction. 5. How did the writer get to the mountain? He got to the mountain by car. 6. What’s the name of the mountain? Give me some details. It names Cixi. It is a tall mountain, and there are some flowers and fruit trees on it.

How Can I Be A Top Student? How Can I Conquer The Mountains? Hardworking and Perseverant Confident and studious

Propose: (I swear)I will try my best to studyhard, and never give it up!I believe I can be the best.

Schedule your time. Studying is like eating, you chew it one bite at a time. You can plan what to do today, but don’t do too much. When you can’t finish the work you planned to do, you will feel disappointed and may lose confidence. On the other hand, you will not study well without a good plan. It all depends on how you schedule your time. Take good notes. The teacher is going to test you on what he has emphasized. That’s what you should find in your notes. Reading the notes is as important as reading the textbook. Your brain cannot be as efficient as a computer, so be sure to review your notes thoroughly.

Do more than you are asked. If your teacher assigns five problems you should six. The more you practice, the more you learn. Studying is a matter of personal preference, so choose the way you are most comfortable with. Some people like working at night when the house is quiet, while others like doing their work early in the morning. Still others like studying as soon as they arrive home from school while the work is fresh in their minds. No matter which way suits you, try to do your best. Do not allow any interruptions. Studying is your business and business comes before entertainment. When you are studying, phone calls should go unanswered, TV shows unwatched, snacks ignored. Studying is the only thing in your mind. Nothing can pull your attention away from studying.
