Parking Generation Manual- 4th Edition 2010 Contains: – average rates, – ranges of rates, – 85 th percentile rates, – 33rd percentile rates, – and equations (regression) in some cases.

Elements of the Manual Land Use: 106 land use ( recreational, residential, shopping areas,….) Units: Seats, Square Feet,… Time in the week: Weekday/Weekend Location: Urban/Suburban/Rural
