WHAT ARE SOME OF THE CHEMICALS FOUND IN CIGARETTES? There are over 4000 chemicals found in cigarettes and most of them are poisonous. These are some of them: *Benzene *Tar *Acetone *Carbon Monoxide *Nicotine * Arsenic

WHAT IS THE DRUG FOUND IN CIGARETTES? The drug that is found in cigarettes is Nicotine.

WHY ARE CHEMICALS ADDED TO TOBACCO? Chemicals are added to tobacco for different reasons. Nicotine is added to make smoker addicted, this is why its so hard to quit. Ammonia is added to tobacco to give flavouring. And there are many more for different and similar reasons.
