Nutrition

Fact Both are pure fat, but monounsaturated fats can help lower your blood cholesterol level. Examples of foods with monounsaturated fats include cashews, peanut butter, avocados, and certain types of oil. Saturated fats can raise your cholesterol level.

Believe it or not, some vitamins can be toxic if you consume large quantities of them, so don’t fall into the “If one is good then more are better” mindset. As an example, excess vitamin A stored in the body may lead to vomiting, headaches, hair loss and much more.

Food does not become more fattening just because you eat it at night. What counts is the total amount of fat and calories you consume overall. Overall most people feel and sleep better if they don’t eat just before they go to bed.

Multiple choice answer: C. Wearing sweats can leave you dripping wet, but all you lose is water, not fat. The fact is, you can’t sweat off fat; it must be burned by doing aerobic exercise, which uses fat as fuel.
