THE KINGDOM NEWS The old King’s secret And what we have never known about his grandson's past Rebecca Billeci D id you know it? The old king revealed to his people a secret: he has had a male succesor! In fact, his only daughter, the Princess, in secret married a mysterious man (maybe he was a musician) and she had a child. All the same, some days later, a man took the baby and left him with a very poor family. Her mother died immediately in rather mysterious circumstances. The old king so ordered to find the boy and the servants found and brought him to the palace. The boy was very happy at the palace and was so fascinated with beautiful objects that he wanted more of them. Most of all he thought about his coronation robe and he ordered men to work night and day to prepare his coronation robes; he ordered men to search the whole word for the biggest rubies for his crown and the most beautiful pearl for his sceptre. He was a very spoilt and egoistic boy because he received all he wanted and he didn't care about the pain and the sadness of who worked for him! Monday, May 12°, 2014

The poor answered too: ‘’A man like me, but I wears rags and he wears beautiful clothes. We are his slaves’’. The young king saw also gold clothes and ask him ‘’why are you making gold clothes?’’. When the boat arrived in a bay, some people took the youngest slave and he throw him into the sea. The slave returned many times with a beautiful pearl in his hand, but then he fell again and died. His body was thrown in the sea and the pearl was took from the master: ‘’This pearl is for the sceptre of the young king.’’ He said. The young King woke up and screamed, but then he fell asleep again. Miriam Capezzera T his was the third dream: He is in a tropical forest. It is full of strange fruit and flowers. When the young king entered the cathedral, the people couldn’t believe that he was their King, but a ray of sun shone into the cathedral. It illuminated the young king. The sun made a beautiful robe around him and red roses grew up on his staff. Music started to play and voices started to sing. The glory of God filled the cathedral. He was the King. The young king
