Slide 3 IntelaTrac Upgrade Recommendations If you currently have 3.x software and have no pressing need for the 4.x features: Delay upgrade until our analysis is complete on 10/26 If you currently have 3.x software and have a high / immediate need for the new features in the 4.0 & 4.1 releases, perform the following upgrade: 3.x -> 4.1 SP1 Do not upgrade to 4.2 at this time Only if you have already installed to 4.2, then perform the following upgrade 4.2 -> 4.2 SP1 But consult to with Global Customer Support prior to review installation procedures and understand any existing known issues If you do not have 4.2 currently, we do not recommend an upgrade to 4.2 SP1 until we have clearly identified the sources of the performance degradation issues and have a sight on hotfix release plan (10/26)
