What are some physical characteristics of place that geographers might study? Give 4 examples

Geography is the study Of land as well as water, plants, animals, and people. Geographers study the physical and human Characteristics of places. Geographers study how people interact with their natural surroundings, or their environment.

Landforms are individual features of the land, such as mountains and valleys

Geographers break the earth down into smaller areas to get a better understanding of the particular traits in that specific part of the world. These regions have similar physical and human(Cultural) characteristics.
