Week 2 – Hearing God

Balancing Hearing with Truth

Importance of Honor  God placed us in a body as we need each other to reach fullness to impact His kingdom  We need each other to function like Jesus 1 Corinthians 12:20-25

Matthew 10:41 Jesus Understood Honor He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward

Importance of Honor  We see people after the spirit not the natural  We honor peoples breakthru’s and victories  We receive a reward (Matt 10:41)  We receive impartation (Rom 1:11-12)  When we humble ourselves God lifts us up  Staying in a place of honor keeps our hearts clear

Conclusion  Loving God & loving people is always core  To release God’s kingdom life requires the supernatural  Need God’s wisdom & discernment to function like Jesus  We do not always see & hear perfectly 1 Cor 13:12  Lets hunger to stay in & operate from His presence  Lets honor & release God’s life in one another (Heb 3:13)

Heb 3:13 “But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called “Today,” so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.”
