Roll Call Secretary calls names of members to see if they are present and accounted for –Every member name gets read

Approval of Meeting Minutes Secretary reads the minutes from the last meeting to ensure they are correct If incorrect, raise your hand, get recognized and state what needs to be fixed

Officer & Committee Reports Officers and Committee Chairs will report what has been going on in their area If something comes up that should be acted on, make a motion by stating: “I move we (state what should be done)”

Unfinished Business Business that was not finished at the last business meeting If something comes up that should be acted on, make a motion by stating: “I move we (state what should be done)”

New Business Business that has not been brought up at a previous meeting. This is where YOUR ideas can go to action. If you think the chapter should do something, make a motion by stating: “I move we (state what should be done)”

Program for the Meeting Planned event such as: –Guest Speaker –Teamwork / Leadership Activity –Career / Employment Activity No motions allowed

Announcements Information provided to members from officers, chairs, other members, or advisors No motions allowed
