The Millennium Development Goals What has been achieved?

Debate First, get into your groups and spend 3 minutes going over your points. Make sure of the following: -You know who will say what -You have a clear introduction about your topic -You have a point or argument against at least one of the other MDGs -You have a brief closing statement that sums up your ideas.

Our Debate Structure 1.Each group will stand up in front of the class to read their opening statement. Only the group is to talk. 2.Each group will be given the opportunity to comment on one other groups points, explaining why they feel their MDG is the most important. 3. The group spoken to will get a chance to respond. Others can join in by raising their hand. 4. Each group will read their closing statements
