Ballot Initiative Process  A committee must gather signatures equal to 8% of votes cast in the most recent presidential election in order to get a issue on the ballot

Constitutional Convention  Florida Voters may call for a state constitutional convention by gather 15% of the signatures equal to 15% of the voters in the most recent presidential election  Then in the next general election, as long as its within 90 days, the voters will vote yes or no for the convention

Constitutional Revision Committee  37 members meets every 20 years to examine constitution and determine necessary amendments  Next meeting in 2017

Legislative Joint Resolution  Must be supported by 3/5 of the Florida Congress  Issue will appear on next Ballot

Taxation and Budget Reform Commission  Will meet every 20 years  Next meeting in 2027
