20 National Rural Networks

NRNs Each Member State shall establish a national rural network, which groups the organisations and administrations involved in rural development. The NRN must include the Partnership under Article 5 of the Common Provisions, i.e.: competent public authorities; economic and social partners; bodies representing the civil society. National Rural Networks

22 National Rural Networks Objectives: increase the involvement of stakeholders in the implementation of rural development; improve the quality of implementation of rural development programmes; inform the broader public and potential beneficiaries on rural development policy and funding opportunities; foster innovation in agriculture, food production, forestry and rural areas.

NRN action plan examples of projects covering all priorities of RDPs Facilitation of thematic and analytical exchanges, sharing and dissemination of findings training and networking for LAGs (i.a. technical assistance for inter-territorial and transnational cooperation) Networking for advisors and innovation services Sharing and dissemination of monitoring and evaluation findings A communication plan Contribution to European networking National Rural Networks
