Purpose of the EQual benefits mapping workshop To identify the benefits that will be delivered by EQual and gain consensus on which ones are the most important for delivering the strategic aims of the partnership organisations. Objectives To agree the strategic objectives that will be delivered by EQual To identify the benefits, outcomes and outputs To identify who will own and be responsible for realising these benefits To start information gathering regarding the benefits (risk, measures and dependencies)
