The Holy Spirit Empowers the Church The mission of the church is to spread the “good news” of Christ to the world through our words and actions. We do not live out this mission on our own strength; we do so through the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit. The key for us as believers is to daily open our lives up to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit and Us The Holy Spirit is God’s presence that…. makes us aware of our sin. Is there anything you need to confess to God? teaches us. Is there anything you need God to teach you? guides, directs, and leads. In what areas of your life do you need God’s direction and guidance. gives comfort and peace.
