“The bluegrass state” Capital: Frankfort

 The population is million  Founded June 1 st 1792 as the 15 th state  Nick name is the “The Blue Grass State”  The capital, Frankfort was founded in 1786

 Kentucky derby the most popular horse race.  Cumberland Historical park is for hiking and the views  Kentucky horse park  At the state capital, Frankfort you can go to the capital or the old state house.
