Limited access to training Lack of recognized qualification schemes Lack of competent trainers and training providers Low demand market for energy efficiency The overall motivation for the partners’ action is: to upgrade national education system with voluntary qualification schemes as the starting point for lifelong learning in implementation of energy efficiency measures in building sector to provide 216 trainers and 15 instructors that will multiply the project results to meet the needs of the employees in building sectors. to design qualification schemes for non-formal education with possibility to be incorporated in formal education. Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions tCO2e/year during the project, and tCO2 by 2020 The project results will accelerate the number of qualified workers to with chances to reach number of workers till “The Stone Age did not end because we ran out of stones; we transitioned to better solutions.
