Who We Are 178 Employees 38 Salaried Employees (33 in Postville, 3 sales, 2 China) 140 hourly employees 3 shift operation ~100-1 st, 40-2 nd, 40-3 rd Stable workforce with low turnover

We are older than 52- 1/2 !

Why do we promote wellness? Healthy Employees = better attendance Healthier employees are more productive Help control Costs Improve Morale Wellness programs can reduce workers’ compensation and disability costs. Reduce risks for chronic or life threatening conditions Improved overall health

Yearly Health Screenings Voluntary participation for employee and spouse Earn discounts for Insurance premiums  Annual Physicals  Tobacco use  Screening results Provided at the plant during working hours Instant results for employees and spouses High Participation – average about 260 screenings per year

Fitness Center Reimbursements Employees and families can belong to any center they choose. Employees and/or spouse are eligible to earn cash back for membership fees If they workout 5 times in a month - $10; if they workout 10 times in a month - $20 Reimbursed $4460 in 2015

Contests and Incentives Weight loss and Maintenance contests 2013  Weight loss challenge -110 employees participated – 1073lbs lost overall and $4400 given out to employees 2014  Keep it off challenge – 64 employees participated, $1440 given to employees plus 5 vacation days for keeping it off  Team Challenge – 62 employees participated – 524lbs lost. $3110 given to employees 2014/2015  Employee/Spouse Challenge – 28 couples participated,- 422lbs lost. $2385 given to employees
