Lesson 54 Prayer

Luke 2:37 [Anna] never left the temple but worshiped night and day, fasting and praying. Prayer is WORSHIP.

Matthew 15:8 8 ”‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. 9 They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men.’” Psalm 19:14 14 May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer. Prayer is a matter of LIPS (words) AND HEARTS.

ASK Ephesians 3:12 In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. CONFIDENTLY 1 John 3:1 1 How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
