The result of this research will also serve as a basic data to formulate a policy and for Internet business. 1. Objective of the survey 2. Results 1) Usage of Mobile (Cellular) phone unit service 1) Usage of Mobile (Cellular) phone unit service - Age 12 or up cellular phone owners use text messaging, voice mail, and other additional services approximately 14.9 times a month. - There is a higher usage among men than women and among younger generations than older generations. - The least satisfying point of using mobile (cellular) phone is the unit price - Customers are most satisfied with portability (3.64 points), then operability (3.52), and then exterior design (3.51 points).

The age group has the highest rate of using Wireless Internet and the usage of Wireless Internet decreases as it gets to the older generation. The age group 50 and higher has the lowest rate in all the age groups with only 1.5%. Among the age groups, 40% of those in their 30s had such experience, making them the most frequent users. Only 26.7% of those not using Wireless Internet showed interest in the WINC service.
