2 nbn™ What is it? The national broadband network (nbn™) is an Australian Government initiative designed to upgrade the existing fixed line phone and internet network infrastructure helping Australians transition to a digital future Several technologies will be available and differ by location/premises. They include the following: –Fibre to the Premises (FTTP); –Fixed Wireless; –Satellite; –Fibre to the Node (FTTN); –Fibre to the Building (FTTB); and –Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) Not all homes and businesses are connected to the nbn™– the rollout is expected to be completed by 2020

Customers who are ‘nbn™ Ready’ i.e. their premises have been passed by the nbn™ network Homes that have multiple devices and require faster broadband speeds Businesses who want to reduce costs and drive innovation Customers who use the Internet for email, social media, general web-surfing, video steaming (YouTube and other HD video content) and online gaming

5 Bundle What is it? Customers can bundle a phone service with a nbn™ Broadband service to receive discounts and a single monthly bill Available to Residential & Small Business customers

6 nbn™ Opportunity *www.nbnco.com.au As the nbn™ rollout continues, the Australian Government has forecast: 1.4 million (11%) of homes and businesses will be nbn™ ready as of December 31, 2015 2.2 million homes will be serviceable by June 2016 Every household MUST choose a nbn™ service provider and get connected to the nbn™ within 18 months of their premises being ready for service

9 Broadband Usage Guide Internet usage is the amount of data which is transferred between a computer or other device (e.g. smart phone, tablet) and the Internet over a specified period of time. Data usage will be accrued in bytes (B) where 1 KB = 1000 B, 1 MB = 1000 KB and 1 GB = 1000 MB and includes both uploads and downloads. nbn™ Broadband comes standard with a speed of 12/1 Mbps. Customers have the option to select a faster speed of 25/5Mbps or 100/40 Mbps for a low monthly fee subject to technology ^ ^ 12/1 Mbps and 25/5 Mbps speeds are deliverable over nbn™ Fibre and Fixed Wireless Infrastructure. 100/40 Mbps speeds are deliverable over fibre infrastructure only.

14 Online Sign-up How do my customers apply for an ACN service? Customers can sign-up to any service via your ACN Direct Storefront website Customers can also sign-up via acnpacific.com.au, but must specify your IBO Business ID when completing their online application Refer to the product section of IBO Back Office or the Help & Support section of acnpacific.com.au for instructions on how to sign-up online.
