An alternate for shampoo and soap Methodology

Introduction

Meaning Meaning The meaning of our topic i.e. An alternate for shampoo and soap is suggesting new, modern, herbal and ayurvedic ways for the betterment of future life of every person. As we know that chemical substances can cause many side effects for example: - If you have oily skin and you use creams not suitable for your skin than your skin may become rough but it is not like that in things made using bio-resources. There are many institutions for making herbal things and they produce things like etc.

What is ayurveda? Ayurveda (Sanskrit ayus,”life”; Veda," knowledge”), ancient Indian system of traditional medicine, writings about which date from about 2500 bc. It is still widely practiced in India, and is becoming increasingly known outside Asia. The theory that informs ayurveda is wide- ranging, involving philosophy and spirituality, as well as science and medicine.

Why ayurveda? Now a days we see and hear news about the various side effects of the English medicines which forces us to think many a times before we ourselves take them. On the contrary the ayurvedic medicines do not produce any kind of side effects and are safe. Scientists still think about and research on the quick effect of ayurvedic medicines which makes the patient healthy which could not be done by any English methods. But that’s the technology the sages and saints of ancient India used to live for many years.

Methodology We found out uses of many Ayurvedic resources through different types of books like - Theek Khao swastha raho, Daadi maa ke nuskhe, Ayur living etc. and through surveys. We went to Vijaipur for our survey and to know their information about making shampoo’s, soaps etc. We found that many people still did not know about the procedure of making such things due to lack of education and guidance. We told them about various uses of home made ayurvedic and herbal shampoos and soaps. Still many people are not aware about the uses of ayurvedic things even after the revolutionary upcoming of it.

Continuation So, Our method for collecting data was to ask people about their knowledge in concern with our project, collect different recipes for making soaps and shampoos, finding uses and scientific names of the materials used for making them and enhancing our as well as others knowledge by finding some of the data from internet and some from many of the books.

Analysis of data In our project we have simply have tried to show the significance of ayurveda in the modern world. We have tried to show that even today the people give preference to ayurvedic and herbal products. Our aim is to show the world that even after launching many chemical products, the herbal products still have their own significance. The ayurvedic products are bringing a revolution in the world today. The people are realizing that ayurvedic products are more harmless then the chemical products because the chemical products have their own side effects and they do not cure the disease properly but they give more diseases upon which the person is left lamenting.

Ayurveda is based on the idea that the mind, body, and environment are part of an all- encompassing field of energy and intelligence that creates and sustains life. Followers of ayurveda believe that perfect health is possible through connection with this field. Ayurvedic treatments therefore tend to focus not only on an individual’s physical, mental, and spiritual condition, but also on astrological influences and on social and environmental factors, such as the weather and seasons.

Acknowledgement We were helped by a lot of people for collection of data. They were:- Teachers:- Mr. S.S Rathore Mr. Jagdish People whom we took Survey:- Mr. Y.K Mishra Alok Anand Mr. Wahid Ali Mrs. Narayani Devi Varun Jain Mr. D.K Jain Mrs. Jyoti jain Mr. A.K Upadhyay etc.
