July 2009 – May 2012: The Dark Ages Student organization creation and renewal. Process of joining and contacting organizations. Evaluations and surveys. Fraternity and sorority standards documentation and approval processes.

Summer of 2012: The Seeds Are Planted The Catalyst - 47 pages of Greek Ideals and e-signature option Student Org. GA research - online process Demos for our office Announcement of the Community Engagement Center

Fall of 2012: Greasing the Wheels August – September - Financing plan developed and presented (8.1) - Student Government approached (8.21) - Assoc. VC and Student Government (8.24, 9.27) - Demo for IT team (9.7) - Community Engagement folks informed (9.17)

Summer Training Model Departments - Partners ed in mid-late May about setting up a training. - Have them fill out a needs assessment form prior to training. - Trainings conducted by same two staff members throughout. - 2 hour training for any and all staff that will be utilizing OrgSync. - Departmental liaisons follow up consistently after training.

Summer Training Model Student Organizations - OrgSync basic training during the first week of June, July, and August. - Two week break for orgs to develop their portal and work on homework before they come back for second part of the training. - Additional sessions will be set up from the OrgSync webinar series to provide specific skill training. - Mandatory to be considered a registered organization through our office.

3-year Plan

Year 1 January 2013-August Conduct demos with campus departments - Gather buy in and usage from campus departments - Train departments and student orgs - Present at Orientation

3-year Plan Year 1 September 2013 – January Assess general usage - Continue to follow up with departments and orgs on progress - Go through first round of student org. new officer turnover - Assess time saved/spent on OrgSync vs past years.

3-year Plan Year 2 February 2014 – February Reach out to 2nd wave of potential partners (academic areas) - Secure funds for possible additional portals - Train 2nd wave of partners - Collect and analyze year-end data and reports

3-year Plan Year 3 March 2015 – August Make determination on contract extension - Develop long-term, sustainable funding plan - Launch Alumni portal
