U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Committee Action The Gas Pipeline Advisory Committee (GPAC) is to consider the NPRM titled: “E xpanding the Use of Excess Flow Valves in Gas Distribution Systems to Applications Other Than Single-Family Residences” as published in the Federal Register ( 80 FR 41460)on July 15, 2015, for its technical feasibility, reasonableness, cost-effectiveness, and practicability. 80 FR Advisory Committee Voting Protocol

U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Chairman When a decision or recommendation of the Committee is required, the Committee Chair will request a motion for a vote. Any member, including the Committee Chair, may make a motion for a vote.
