Applicability: TIP Project Delay Policy 3 Funding Programs: 2 10/13/2011

TIP Project Delay Policy July 2010 Revision:  Allowance for “3 Strikes” before withdrawing funds became “1 Strike” with provisions for “Extensions;” the need for interpretations about loopholes was reduced  “Advertisement” or “Notice to Proceed Dates” are being aligned more realistically with funding by Fiscal Year.  Project development milestones are monitored semi- annually.  “Set the stage” for increased emphasis during new “Calls for Projects”on: cooperation with CDOT on realistic scheduling across multiple years performance measures 3 10/13/2011
