ZUCCHINI FLOWER STUFFED Illustrated recipe of stuffed zucchini flower.

Ingredients  Twenty zucchini flowers  Two onions  Four pieces of garlic  30gr pinon  30gr currants  A teaspoon of granulated sugar  olive oil  Salt, black pepper, mint

Zucchini flowers

Other Ingredients Granulated sugar Salt Black pepper Mint

Preparation  Soak twenty minute waited rice in a bowl

 Wash and drain rice.

 Peel and chop onions.

 Mince garlic.  Pour two tablespoons olive oil in pan.  Saute the onion and pinon.

 Add onions, garlic, currants, raisins, spices to rice and mix.

 Open zucchini flowers and fill the inner material.

 Place the pot off the ends of zucchini flowers.

 Fill a pot of water to half of stuffed and put on the two tablespoons of olive oil.

 Cook the zucchini flower stuffed twenty minutes on low heat.

BON APPETIT  Rest the zucchini flower stuffed an hour after twenty minutes.  Finally serve zucchini flower stuffed warm.

Preparation  Divide in half lengthwise and peel quinces.

 Remove the seeds and take them asid e.

 Two tea cup water in a shallow saucepan, qui nce seeds, cloves, cinnamon bark and add three scoops of grenulated sugar in each half a quince.

 Cook over a low flame until soft.

BON APPETIT  Put cream on the quince and serve.
