EI Colorado Technical Assistance Call TCM Documentation State Updates February 4, 2016

AGENDA 2  Reviewing Documentation for TCM  What was discovered  Suggestions for CCBs on how to improve TCM documentation  State Updates & Reminders

Process of Reviewing TCM Documentation 3  Requested documentation from five CCBs  Reviewed the documentation  Determined points that needed to be reinforced or changed  Decided to do TA call to support CCBs in ensuring that they are compliant with TCM guidelines

General Observations 4  TCM units not always indicated  Units not necessarily all of the time  Travel should be wrapped into the overall activity when going to an IFSP meeting  Sometimes note not detailed enough to determine that the activity was allowable or to justify the amount of time indicated

State Updates & Reminders 16  EI CO General Supervision and Data Manager Position currently posted  State Plan, including the FMAP, Out For Public Comment through 3/20/16  Interagency Agreements are now due. Please send them to Lenita ASAP  EI CO will be sending out a short needs assessment to EI Coordinators and providers to determine priorities around EI certification and supervision training
