Additional file 4. Expression profiles of selected Aedes aegypti eggshell- related genes. RNAseq data extracted from Akbari et al., 2013 [26] show transcript abundance (FPKM) at developmental stages and dissected tissues, including ovaries. Microarray data [25] are presented when available as an inset, and represent the abundance of specific mRNAs in samples derived from non-blood fed whole females (NBF) and those at 3, 12, 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours following a blood meal (BF).
