 Crime is a problem that affects everyone regardless of social status. It is a social evil that we see daily in the media. The human being is born independent and able to develop in an optimal environment. The family is responsible for education in the early years and the constitution must guarantee the rights of the individual to ensure better quality of life. Criminal behavior has several factors.

 According to Dr. Peter A. Well crime is conduct or behavior that is in violation of law and rules. When the needs and aspirations of the individual can not be achieved dysfunction occurs in people. Crime is an example of deviant behavior standards. Affects the security and order coexistence creates insecurity and affects the quality of individual and collective life. Some factors contributing to crime may be poverty, unemployment, female-headed households, and drug use, poor school, child abuse, juvenile delinquency, cultural, domestic violence.

 We can work these factors controlling the excessive consumerism of families raising awareness and promoting family togetherness more employment opportunities where the family can meet basic needs. Provide information and disseminate projects on drug control and its effects. Provide more options for rehabilitation. In education offer more experience, relevant to the needs of students and to offer more opportunities and engaging curriculum and reinforcing attitudes and ideas and feelings. Developing vocational and educational programs for those people at risk of leaving school.

 Agencies or institutions have been limited by economic, political and cultural factors and often aim to reduce dependence on programs and develop greater self-sufficiency in families. To eradicate this situation should serve the public interest in the protection of life and property, providing security services more accessible, better relations between individuals and servers agencies. Orientation to high- risk groups. Develop viable and effective alternative community in the fight against crime. Strengthen training programs and jobs by promoting entry into the workforce.  Business Development. Create specialized units in the development of strategies to impact crime. Expand education programs and promote public order codes.

 My view is that crime is a social ill that has adopted and which often occurs at the lack of commitment and effective strategies with the individual to develop as between independent and able to develop fully in the society they live. The government and the executive branch have the responsibility to prevent crime favorable situations occur. It should take half and corrective actions. The crime should be treated with caution starting at home which is where the individual develops. Should strengthen and redirect the programs to high risks.  Provide new educational alternatives where all people have access to full and free education. Penalize criminal activities. Support community initiatives. Organize your forces and give law resources and tools so that they can fight crime. Provide jobs and training as necessary.  Must provide salary incentives for economic development. Aggressive patrolling. To effectively handle this problem have to be integrated, innovative and aggressive to ensure the changes and regenerate society.
