The start of the war World war 1 started on 28 th June 1914, and lasted till 11th countries were involved by the end of world war 1. 9million soldiers had been killed during world war 1,dogs were used to carry messages.pigeons were also used during the war. 500,000 pigeons were regularly dropped.they built trenches to hide in each year children would be excited not for presents but for there dads to come home that’s what they thought.

School during World War 1 Boys and girls were separated in school and no electronic white boards,they have black boards and the had single desks.Children sit in a row facing the teacher. They would keep books inside there desks. We have an organizer. Education wasn’t better during war usually children were sent to a boarding school so there parents could work.
