OBJECTIVE Lack of trade union to promoting of living wages condition in CBA Lack of trade union to promoting of social dialogue with management level To enhance on union leadership capacity through CBA To achieve living wages for workers through social dialogue To reduce of problem from minimum wage, demonstration,poverty

BACKGROUND & JUSTIFICATION  About wage policies during new reformasi era,the government enacted regulation no 8/1981 Wage Protection. In practice, this policy had many employers implement only the bottom line of minimum wage standards. Some of the instruments and condition regarding of the data such as : Lack of weakness union activist to set up of draff CBA and negotiation with management Most of the management establish or using companies regulation Most of the CBA covered it only normative right of workers Is about 6 % (average) CBA in the companies covered in Indonesia : Total Workers ( Man : , Female : )
