Junior Year SLC Write your first and last name here

I have been focusing on graduating by: Use Specific Examples here (These are just ideas to help you get started.) Like, making up credit Deciding on a senior project Thinking about/researching colleges Thinking about/researching careers Planning my classes for next year depending on what career I would like, college I would like to attend List any tests that you have passed: HSPE, EOC’s, SAT, etc. Also, you may want to talk about how many credits you have out of the 22 needed. If you are behind, discuss your plan for getting back on track.

Some important skills I have acquired these past three years in high school are: Use specific examples- Think about the classes you have taken and about how you have changed from freshman year Typing skills Computer skills (which ones exactly) Photography Time Management

My greatest accomplishments in regards to my educational career so far are: Specific Examples

My future goals beyond high school, at this time, are: Use specific examples from your 13 th Year Plan and Looking At The Future tasks. Then list some reasons about how/why you chose this plan

My plans to help me achieve my goals are: Describe the steps you will take your senior year that will help you follow through with your future goals beyond high school

List some ideas that you have for a Senior Experience Brainstorm a couple of ideas and explain how you would complete them. These are not set in stone so if you come up with something better, you can always change. Remember that your Experience can be a Project (volunteering to serve the community is some way) or an Extended Job Shadow (tell where you plan to do this. I suggest that you do more than one. For example, if you would like to work with babies, you could shadow a pediatric nurse, day care provider who has small children, pediatrician) If you do not want to choose different careers, then choose more than one place to visit, 15 hours is a long time with the same person. You will probably not get anything more out of the experience the 1 st, 2 nd, or 3 rd time you go. Tell when you want to complete your Experience (Summer, Next Year) Who will you talk to in order to get help if you are confused about what to do? Do you have any ideas about who your mentor could be?

Conclusion Find a quote that you like and post it here. Make sure you give credit to the author.
