 In general sense the term “DEVELOPMENT” refers to growth in something as such, in terms of economics, INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT refers to the advancement in industries and its overall production which further enhances the GDP of the country.  Industrial development is not limited to the business group as most of think but affects the growth and production of each sector.

 GIDC was established under Gujarat industrial development act,1962 with the prime motive of acceleration of industrialization in the state of Gujarat.  Main role of the GIDC is to identify locations suitable for industrial development and create industrial estates with infrastructure such as roads, drainage, electricity, water supply, street lights, and ready-to-occupy factory sheds. The infrastructure of certain estates has been built for specific industries; there is an electronics estate at Gandhinagar, ceramics estates near Bhavnagar, chemical estates at Vapi, Ankleshwar, Panoli, Nandesari, Naroda.

 Some GIDC estates also have low-cost housing for workers and executives of tenant businesses, and many of the larger estates include amenities and commercial facilities such as banks, shopping complexes, schools, dispensaries, telecommunications centers, police stations, and community halls.  As of February 2008, there are 257 such estates throughout Gujarat, and economies of scale allow the GIDC to offer these plots for substantially less than the cost of creating a similar standalone factory.  Socio- Psychological Problems : socio setup of the rural area and psychological place a very important role in the rural inhabitant place a very important role in rural market.  Indian rural population is a terminal society based upon cast and class and is having traditional opinion used and approaches.

 Conclusion ; Majority of the problems arise either because of traditional mind sets or infrastructural.

 Baseline scenario with Gradual reforms : under this scenario Mr. Modi government is assumed to continue down path by the help of which 6-7% continuous increase in GDP is expected this scenario expected exceeding productivity growth.  Accelerated reform scenario: This scenario expected significant growth rate by change in labour reforms,rapid infrastructural advancement.

 Making India wide open to the world.  Injecting it into industry to create the Next Generation intelligent manufacturing base.  Scaling India‘s Artisanal manufacturing class.  Creating multiple industrial bases through state level specialization.  Building India's chaotic cities into smart manufacturing.  Transforming India into power and resource industrial giant.

 Maintaining a stable powerful government.  Tackling corruption and inefficient governance  Improving transport infrastructure
