Introduction Why have you created this booklet? (Refer to the scenario here

Introduction to business 1 and 2 Tell the reader what these companies do, but briefly!! Who owns the company? Public, shareholder? – refer to website for information Is the company local? Global? How can you recognise their brand/ logo? What do they produce, offer? Employees?

Key activity, business 1 and 2 Explain in more depth all the things the business does- you may have done this before, so write it in a way that does not sound repetitive- If discussing a business that has products if applicable: Where do they get all their products from? Where are the factories based (Primark have factories based all over the world especially in third world countries! )(Find a suitable image if you can to show this) What does the company do to promote what they do? (if applicable mention how this impacts them? (How would Havering College cope without any advertising?) Any big sponsorship? Charitable work?

Business activities business 1 and 2 Go to the homepage for the company, what is it that they wish to achieve? Look for their business strategy? britain/creating-an-effective-organisational-structure/the- corporate-segment-head-office.html#axzz2vvEOrPxD britain/creating-an-effective-organisational-structure/the- corporate-segment-head-office.html#axzz2vvEOrPxD Look at the strategy for Coca Cola

Stakeholders What are they? What is their role? Show an image to visualise their point..... Do the companies you are mentioning have any stake holders???? For each stakeholder describe how they fit in with the business Are there any implications on them?
