Transportation Consider to switching to an electric car, or a hybrid low emissions vehicle. Ride your bike instead of driving somewhere close. Don't idle your car to warm it up in the winter.

At Home Recycle. Turn off your water and heat when you're away from home for a while. Use recycled paper, water bottles, plastics Do not leave appliances on standby,turn off power strips or unplug electronics when you aren’t using them.

Use biodegradable products, and vegetable- based cleaning products. Start compost heap/pile. Take short showers to reduce water usage. Install a programmable thermostat

Invest in alternative energy such as solar panels wind power geothermal Insulate your house, and buy energy efficient windows
