Project Description Parcel fronts onto intersection of Chestnut Place and Townsend Place; Five-story 72,335 sq. ft. housing project consisting of 100 market-rate residential units with 125 parking stalls over three levels of parking; and Property is owned by Walnut Marengo LLC, easement granted to Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) for maintenance and support for abutting MTA light rail tracks.
City-Owned Parcel Abuts site, access from Walnut Street. City-owned parcel is 22,692 sq. ft. Provides vehicle access to MTA’s equipment.
