Attendance on this trip is based upon students conducting themselves appropriately throughout the school year. Any Out of School Suspensions will automatically disqualify your child from participation. Students exhibiting problematic behaviors will be addressed on an individual basis by teachers and an administrator. Problematic behaviors are those that cause the student to have a “Classroom Management Referral Form” written, ISS on more than one occasion, as well as poor school attendance. (Problematic behaviors are not limited to those mentioned.)

Students who are disqualified or unable to go will lose all or part of the money for the trip as the cost is based upon number of students going. All students disqualified or unable to attend after September 30 and before February 2, 2016 will forfeit the initial deposit. Students disqualified or unable to go after February 2, 2015 will forfeit all money paid to that point. Students not going on the trip will attend school as usual.
