Setting The setting is in the North Dakota wilderness and one day it is hot and then the next day it is cold and snowing.

The Problem The problem is that Erik does not want to go to South Dakota to live with his grandparents. So when his grandparents left him home by his self he decided to take Big Darrel’s gun and take the hunting dog with him and survive on his own in the wild.

Solution The solution is that he spent three days in the wild and he found a abandoned barn and he went in to call it a day so he lit a fire and went asleep. But there was a guy going driving buy and saw the smoke and went to see what was inside and found the boy so he said het in my truck so I can get the 5,000 dollars. But Erik said they don’t have that much money so he ran from the guy and went back to his grandparents house so they wouldn’t have to pay 5,000 dollars.
