Russian language examination Two ways for foreign candidate to enter RSHU (contractual basis and fellowship of the Russian Government) WMO Fellows at RSHU (Russian Fellowship is condition for WMO Fellowship) Russian Fellowship (for BSc: preferably not older than 27, SSC (no more than 3 years old) + 1 year Russian language course + 4 ac.years) or (SSC + Knowledge of Russian + 4 ac. years) Knowledge of Russian (Certificate (might be a problem) or test by RSHU) Department of Russian Language (content of tests) + IRO (Moodle) = everybody happy (candidates, WMO, RSHU) Bejing, 6-10 April 2009
